Anyone tried this or currently following this lifestyle? I currently follow a 16 and 8 protocol so I will eat my meals between 1pm and 9pm and not eat or drink calories the other 16 hours. I've been doing that for a couple of weeks now and I feel good and I'm seeing good results. I follow the Hodge Twins on YouTube and you either like them or you don't but that's what sparked my interest. From the research I've been doing, the health benefits are quite significant. Note, I still consume the same amount of food but just keep it to those 8 hours, sometimes 7.
Experiences?

An old flatmate of mine put me onto this and I eat between midday and 8pm most days. The body adjusts and I've lost some guttage which is great. Still need to reduce sugar (beer included) intake. I find kick starting the day with lemon juice kinda feels good. Apparently it jolts your metabolism into action but the fast does give your digestive system a break. I have found I eat smaller portions and am eating about 4 or 5 times a day, like I'm foraging for food. I eat less overall. Will see how this goes as I increase exercise and attempt to gain muscle mass...
